Todays Question:
"Is Shakeology ok for my kids to drink"
Answer:
YES!!!
 

 
My kids love Shakeology.. Especially my 1 year old, shes always trying to steal it from me!! Shakeology is 100% natural, with no additives and no preservatives. Its loaded with super-foods and vitamins. Of course I let her only drink from my shake and it is NOT a meal replacement for my kids because they are only one and three. If I make one for Nathan I only use half a scoop.

A few days ago, after another unsuccessful dinner with Nate & Ava, Matt said, "you should give them Shakeology in the morning to make sure their getting all of their nutrients"... I was so proud and it was a good call. I'm sure we're not the only family who's toddlers go through these frustrating stages!

BetterYou Basics Challenge Group!

Hi!!!!! Happy Wednesday! This week is going quick. Its Halloween tomorrow!! Yikes. How much candy have you been sneaking??
 

I want to tell you about a little idea I had the other day.  I decided that I want to do a 30 day challenge group for those of you that may feel intimidated or overwhelmed by the thought of making a healthy lifestyle change.
This would be perfect for you if you want results but want to make small changes at a time,if you don't know where to start, f you know you need to break some bad habits but need extra motivation and support.
Small changes through these 30 days to get you started right. This group will start NEXT MONDAY 11/4 so you need to decide within the next few days if you're finally ready to start so we can get you ready. This will be a great place to start!!
 
 
 
We will be working towards creating healthy nutrition, fitness, and mental changes. We will replace one meal a day with Shakeology and commit to working out at home at least a few days a week. Little by little leads to big results!!! 
 
If not now....when? Stop pushing off what you know you need to do! This group will get you in the right mindset and get you living a healthier lifestyle! If what you've been doing hasn't been working, try something new! I've been doing challenge groups for almost a year now and have helped so many people change their lives!

Case of the Mondays?



Tomorrow is a new day(Today if you're reading this Monday morning!). A new Monday. A new week. What time is your alarm set for? Or what show are you going to record so you can workout? Because you KNOW you've been wanting to. And you've really been MEANING to. But...one Monday leads to... another Monday and then oh it's the holidays ...oh it's my 2nd cousins girlfriends moms birthday party...oh whatever I'll wait til New Years. STOP THE CYCLE!! It's a lifestyle change not something you do every once in awhile- keep your BAD habits for that sooo who's ready and determined THIS MONDAY?!?

 
 
A few things that are going to help me NOT have a case of the Mondays!
 
My Bikini {mom} Bod health and fitness online challenge group starts tomorrow! I loooove coaching and working with other moms! We are a special group of people!
 
this group is filled but ask about my next challenge group!
Next! I'm doing another 3 day Shakeology Cleanse. I've done this once before but only last 2.5ish days. Still had awesome results but want to do all 3 days!
 
 

I'm actually excited to do another round of the 3 day healthy Shakeology cleanse and this time with some of my Bikini Mom Bod challengers and some of my other fitfam members! I can feel that my body needs it! Detoxing the body, a jump start... to a new routine, body rejuvenation, get rid of a few lbs, and feeling fresh are some of the benefits of doing this cleanse. Done and done! I will be blogging about it all three days so look out for that!
 
 

Also, if you're a Giants fan- we wont...2 games in a row! HELLO! And how can you be cranky after seeing this two sweet little gems!

Bikini {mom bod} Challenge!

So sorry I'm a little late on inviting you to the party, BUT I have a challenge group for JUST MOMS starting MONDAY October 28th. Yep thats a few days away. But there is still room for you!

what I HOPE to look like!!!
 
So here's what's up. I've come a ways from where I was a year ago however I'm really not where I want to be. I allow myself too much slack with food and skipping a workout to sleep in.

But here's the deal....even with stretch marks I want to be able to wear a bikini if I wanted to by next summer. I think I've limited myself by saying (over and over again my friends they can vouch for me) "I'll never be able to wear a bikini again" bc of my stretch marks and 2 c sections. I want to do it to be able to show other moms it can be done. I want to put it out there. So I'm sharing this now in October.

 
 
 8 months and counting to reach my goal. This goal may not be important to some but I'm only 28 damnit! Haha we spend a lot of time at the lake and I want to be a confident mama out on the boat with my family and friends.
 




 I want you...other moms to join me in doing so. Whatever your goal may be....to fit into pre pregnancy clothes, to shop for cute sweater dresses, have more energy, get rid of the mommy cliff (yeah I said it), to not gain more weight over the holidays or if it's the same as mine. I'm going to have an initial challenge group starting in 2 weeks. I don't care how long ago you had your baby, how scared you are that you may fail, how much little time you have, lack of motivation...WE CAN DO IT.

A little bit on Consistency

As with anything in life, the key to success is consistency. When you start a new workout program or nutrition plan....how long do you honestly give yourself to see change? Do you expect it overnight, in a week, 2 weeks? Yes you will start to feel good relatively soon and even notice some difference but the real changes won't come for a few weeks and that's IF you're being CONSISTENT! Be honest with yourself. You can't expect to eat healthy and workout for a few days then skip a week then back to it the next Monday!

{There may be days where things happen, but you can still get a 10 minute workout in and that day you would focus on making sure you really eat healthy that day and go to sleep early!}

It takes 21days to form a habit and it takes 4 weeks for YOU to see change!

FASQ - WEIGHT WATCHER POINTS!

To update you- Last weeks question : Is Shakeology safe when your pregnant and breast feeding?
Short answer is: always check with your OB. I didn't have shakeo in my life before either of the kids so I'm not sure what my Drs would've said. Their awesome so probably yes lol.

I do know of fellow coaches and customers where their docs gave the green light. My upline coachs' dr was impressed with the ingredients and she drank it while pregnant and used a folic acid supplement. She's also drinking it now while breast feeding!

This weeks question: Can I drink Shakeology if I'm doing Weight Watchers and how many points is it ?
