This month is really exciting because Autumn Calabrese- creator of the 21 Day Fix, has launched her second program: the 21 Day Fix EXTREME. 21 Day Fix EXTREME is ideal for those with a short-term weight loss goal- such as an upcoming vacation, if you feel stuck or hit a plateau, or if you need to lose the last 10lbs. Personally, I have more than 10lbs I want to lose, but ths next step is exactly what I need, especially with the nutrition dialed in and advanced workouts with weights! It's an excellent next step for 21 DF graduates, ready for a new challenge or gradutes of other extreme programs like P90X, Insanity and Focus T25. Fix Extreme is also great for those who don't have much weight to lose, but want to see abs, those with a no "BS" attitude towards workouts and nutrition; or anyone who doesn't want to count calories, weigh their food, or follow complicated recipes. 21 Day Fix VS. 21 Day Fix|Extreme
21 Day Fix Extreme takes the proven fitness and nutrition approach of the original to the next level with cleaner eating and more challenging workouts. Fix Extreme still uses simple boot camp style workouts for 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week, but at a much higher intensity: most moves are weighted; breaks are shorter; there are more options to add intensity; and even the modified moves are more challenging. Fix Extreme's nutrition plan still uses simple portion control, but this time eating is 100% clean.: treats like wine (ahhh) or chocolate (except for chocolate Shakeology!) are no longer allowed; many less nutritious food options have been removed; there are new clean recipes; and Autumn's personal "Countdown to Competition" plan, designed to get anyone in competition-level shape in just 21 days is a new option. Both programs are based on easy-to-follow workout moves and simple portion control!

We are still focusing on Nutrition, Fitness and Support but we are adding a focus on SELF LOVE. When you are making life changes especially regarding your body...it can be such a mental game! We are really going to focus on the positives and what we are grateful for. We are taking a page out of our fellow coach Katy's book. She battled and kicked stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphomas ass this last year! I was in her first gratitude group. It was really amazing and made me look at things SO differently. I will definitely be implementing some of her stuff  in this group.

I truly love helping others set and achieve goals. I love being their personal cheerleader to get healthier and lead more fulfilling lives. I love helping someone gain their confidence back. I truly want someone to say- because of you I didn't give up! I love being associated with a company that truly feels EVERY ONE MATTERS. One that provides us coaches with so many resources to help not only ourselves, but to share that and to help you too! I've personally tried many things. BUT- Beachbody products, Shakeology, eating cleaner and mostly the incredible SUPPORT from my fellow coaches is what has worked for me. There are many programs that will help you lose weight and get healthier...however I think the 21 Day Fix  (or if you think you're ready- go extreme!) is the one to start with. It teaches you proper portion control, has varied workouts, gives you the proper food to eat and Autumn, the trainer, is awesome. The first round I did of the fix I lost 9lbs! Now I'm excited to move onto the 21 Day Fix|Extreme and really challenge myself and see what my body can do! This is exactly what I need!
