I know some coaches who received a sneak peak at the workouts too. They are in love! There are awesome modifictions available as well so once again, ANYONE can do this! My mom and I are teaming up and doing it together.
 
For over a year I've been doing Beachbody programs, drinking Shakeology and eating clean...er. See I know what to do, and what to tell other people to do to reach their goals. But for some reason I have HORRIBLE self control, an addiction to Coffee Mate creamer and a baddd "salt" tooth! Why YOU should do T25

I'm loving P90X3. Heading into week 4 which is a transition week. However, listening to Shaun T on this mornings National Beachbody call I was reminded just how much I love him & the workout T25. So it got me to thinking- 

 Why should YOU d
o T25?
Let me count the ways.
1. The time factor alone. Seriously WHO doesn't have 25 minutes to dedicate to themselves. It's 25 minutes plus a few extra for stretching. So just under 30 minutes 5x/week you can get an amazing effective workout at home. If you truly don't have 25 minutes may I suggest you talk to those around you and tell them you need that time for yourself. If you aren't at your best- how can you be your best for others?
2. This workout makes every second count. Literally.
3. You don't have to be scared to workout. I know it can seem intimidating. Where do you start? What if it's too intense? What if I can't do it? I'm here to tell you you CAN do it. There is even a modifier to follow the whole time. So no matter if you're a beginner, doesn't matter your age, or if you have an injury history. You can do this.
4. Fitness/health and staying motivated ISNT easy. But it can be easier with my support. You can totally succeed at this.
5. Since the formula is laid out for you- the workout/the nutrition and the support- you can make THIS the start to your lifestyle change.
6. It's a 60 day program that you can re do over and over!

Quinoa Pizza Bites

 I love pizza
I could eat pizza everyday.
But that look isn't too good for a health and fitness coach
Alternatives it is!
 
Enter- QUINOA PIZZA BITES!
 
 
These bad boys were delicious. After a few bites I realized they really taste like Domino's Cheesy Bread. Yeah, I know!!
 
 
I doubled this recipe and it made 12 big bites (next time I will use a mini muffin pan). You can add pepperoni slices (not healthy but yummy), cherry tomatoes, or peppers- whatever "topping" you want!
 

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup uncooked quinoa
1 large egg
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Cup fat free shredded mozzarella
1 t. minced garlic
1 T. dried basil (or 1 cup chopped fresh)
1 t. dried oregano
pinch of salt
pizza sauce for dipping
 
 
 1. Cook quinoa per box directions.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients except pizza sauce in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
3. Lightly spray the bottom of a mini muffin pan with olive oil spray. Using a tablespoon (in my case a regular spoon and regular muffin tin), scoop 1 Tbsp. into each spot. It should fill almost all of them.
4. Bake them for 15-20 minutes and let cool. Serve them warm with pizza sauce to dip in!
