Tomorrow is a new day(Today if you're reading this Monday morning!). A new Monday. A new week. What time is your alarm set for? Or what show are you going to record so you can workout? Because you KNOW you've been wanting to. And you've really been MEANING to. But...one Monday leads to... another Monday and then oh it's the holidays ...oh it's my 2nd cousins girlfriends moms birthday party...oh whatever I'll wait til New Years. STOP THE CYCLE!! It's a lifestyle change not something you do every once in awhile- keep your BAD habits for that sooo who's ready and determined THIS MONDAY?!?
A few things that are going to help me NOT have a case of the Mondays!

Next! I'm doing another 3 day Shakeology Cleanse. I've done this once before but only last 2.5ish days. Still had awesome results but want to do all 3 days!
I'm actually excited to do another round of the 3 day healthy Shakeology cleanse and this time with some of my Bikini Mom Bod challengers and some of my other fitfam members! I can feel that my body needs it! Detoxing the body, a jump start... to a new routine, body rejuvenation, get rid of a few lbs, and feeling fresh are some of the benefits of doing this cleanse. Done and done! I will be blogging about it all three days so look out for that!
Also, if you're a Giants fan- we wont...2 games in a row! HELLO! And how can you be cranky after seeing this two sweet little gems!
