One day at a Time

OK
so I know we can get discouraged when we are working out and eating healthier and don't see any changes on the scale or in our clothes ect.
If you just take it one day at a time, one meal at a time and focus on being healthy the weight will take care of itself. If you have a bad healthy day and miss a workout, push restart the next day. If you eat a not so healthy meal, make your next one better.

With that said change comes from consistency. So make sure your setting and writing down goals so you can be focused and know what you're working towards!

Your goals should be SMART goals!

S-Specific: state exactly what you want to accomplish
M-Measurable: how will you demonstrate and evaluate the extent to which the goal has been met
A-Achievable: ability to achieve outcome
R- Relevant: how does the goal tie into your wanted outcome
T-time bound: set 1 or more target date. The "by when" to guide your goal to successful and timely manner

NOW lets set out and make some SMART goals!
