Beauty & The Body Beast

Beachbody August Promotions are here!!
But before I tell you about them, I want to share some pictures from our 5 day lake/camping trip. Every year Matts family goes to the lake for a week and this year we were able to go for a week. We usually do day or weekend camping/boating trips so it was nice to stay a few days and spend time with family. Even if its not relaxing with 2 crazy toddlers!

I even did my Focus T25 lower focus last night (at 10:30pm!) so I can makeup my Monday and Tuesday workouts this weekend! I was pretty impressed with myself that I didnt just skip it- but it IS only 25 minutes long. Have I mentioned that??

. You may know that I've done Turbo Fire- and LOVED IT. I also just love the creator Chalene Johnson SO much. For some serious fitness motivation follow her on Instagram (just search her name).
I actually came home from vacation to my earned Turbo Fire shirt for submitting my results to Team Beachbody! I was pumped.
 

 
Turbo Fire is an intense cardio conditioning program. There is awesome music, high intensity interval training, and you burn 9x more the calories than a regular cardio workout! And its so much fun!
 
 
 
Turbo Fire is an advanced program but there is a new configuration to help beginners stick to the program. Even if it takes you a few times to get the moves down, you will be sweating no matter what! Take a closer look at the Turbo Fire Challenge pack here.
Now its time to talk about the BEAST!
 
 
 
Lifting is NOT just for guys. And it shouldn't be!! It is a proven fact that muscle burns more calories. Muscles also weight the same, but take up much less room than fat!
Do not be scared to bulk up. It is literally so extremely hard to "bulk" up. I have not personally done this program, but I know other coaches who have and they look amazing! This program can also be done with another program using a hybrid schedule.
 
Whether you’re new to lifting weights or are a certified gym rat, Body Beast will deliver results beyond what you imagined possible.

One of my favorite things to point out is, the time will pass anyway. Don't worry at how long it will take. Might as well start now and chip away at your goals!
