PALEO WHAT?!



 
PALEO: Centered on commonly available modern foods, the contemporary "Paleolithic diet" consists mainly of fish, grass-fed pasture raised meats, eggs, vegetables, fruit, fungi, roots, and nuts, and excludes grains, legumes, dairy products, potatoes, refined salt, refined sugar, and processed oils.

 My friend sent me a link to try a PALEO "diet" for 30 days. You know I'm all about clean eating, but this is taking it to the next level. Its all about eating like the cavemen did. On the whim, I figured....why not just do it for 30 days? I will create a Facebook group if anyone else wants to attempt it with me! We can support eacother, motivate and complain HA!

Edited to say: I will CUT BACK on coffee creamer, but may not cut it OUT. And also will have my one cheat meal a week!!! MMMk!
